  • Facilitators for Stakeholder Engagement – Skilled facilitators who can lead youth- and family-centered engagement sessions and conduct qualitative research through interviews and focus groups, to ensuring that lived experiences shape decision-making.

  • Qualitative Analysis - Skilled in qualitative research methods, including thematic analyses, to uncover rich narratives and actionable findings from stakeholders and communities.

  • Quantitative Analyst – Skilled in conducting analysis and producing data visualizations to help translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for decision-makers. Proficiency in Tableau or R is a plus.

  • K-12 Education & School Improvement  – Subject matter experts in curriculum, policy, and instructional best practices to support school transformation.

  • Early Childhood Education SME – Subject matter experts in early learning systems, Pre-K expansion, child care workforce development and family engagement.

  • Sectoral Partnerships SME – Subject matter experts in cross-sector collaboration to drive partnerships between education, workforce, and industry leaders.

  • Workforce Development SME – Subject matter experts in career pathways, upskilling programs, workforce policies, and labor market alignment to strengthen workforce initiatives.

  • Organizational Human Capital SME– Subject matter experts in workforce planning and strategic HR are needed to support organizations in aligning their human capital strategies and operational priorities.

  • Copywriter/Editor – Experience in editing strategic content, including reports, web copy, and thought leadership pieces.
